Prevent titanium-dioxide settlement by manually agitating white ink each morning before the first print.
White ink pigments are heavy and settle fast. Unagitated ink causes drop-out, banding, and irreversible printhead clogs — the #1 escalated failure point in DTG/DTF.
Never skip agitation to save time. A single missed day can begin pigment separation that no nozzle clean fully reverses.

Power on the printer and let it idle for 2 minutes.
Allows the ink system to pressurize.
Remove the white ink cartridges and gently invert each 6–8 times.
Do NOT shake violently — foam introduces air bubbles.
Reinstall cartridges and run a single ink charge / initial fill if prompted.
Print a small white-only test block and confirm even coverage.
