Ink Line Inspection & Flush

Supervisor-led inspection of ink lines for settlement, air gaps, and discoloration, with a flush if needed.

Why It Matters

Visible settlement or air in the lines means daily procedures are not catching a slow failure. Catching it weekly prevents a mid-job white drop-out that ruins a full production run.

Critical Warning

Line flushes consume significant ink. Only flush when inspection shows a problem — not as a routine.
